Dr Mehta’s Hospitals is proud to announce that we have been awarded the “Best Patient Safety Initiative” at the 4th Confederation of Indian Industry Western Region Health Innovation Awards 2025, held on 9 September 2025. Our winning project, “Early Warning Scoring System to Reduce Code Blues,” reflects our commitment to building a proactive, data-driven patient-safety culture across our centres.
This initiative strengthens early clinical detection by helping our teams identify subtle signs of patient deterioration faster, enabling timely interventions that significantly reduce the risk of code blue events. It’s a strong validation of our mission to deliver safer, smarter, and more responsive care, rooted in our 90-year legacy and powered by continuous innovation.
