Qualification:
- Education: MBA HR/ MSW/ Organization Psychology
- Work Experience: 18-23 yrs, minimum 6 years in Head level position (managed large teams minimum 750 employees)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top leadership talent aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through proactive networking and industry engagement
- Enhance the candidate onboarding experience by creating seamless transitions for leadership hires to integrate quickly and contribute effectively
- Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees for future executive roles
- Establish a data-driven performance management framework to assess, develop, and enhance leadership effectiveness
- Foster an employee experience that prioritizes engagement, growth, and alignment with the organization's mission and values
- Drive wellness and well-being initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees at all levels.
- Champion a culture that reflects the company’s strategic vision, ensuring employees are motivated and aligned with business priorities.
- Strengthen leadership accountability through structured feedback mechanisms, continuous coaching, and performance-driven interventions
